There is one rule about the training intensity: always use intensity grade 10. Don't waste your time on your starting team. Fire them all and get yourself a team with young players (age 16, experience above 1) and 3-4 old experienced players with a few tactic skills. You want to sell those young players in a few saisons for good money to buy a better coach.
