The training of your team is an essential part for the success in this game. Your team will not get stronger without sufficient training, on the contrary: It will lose strength (e. g. skills etc.). This is why you can train your team twice a week (on Tuesdays and Fridays). You can define your settings until latest 9:00 a. m. on those "training-days".
Define: You have the possibility to define a "skill training", where you can improve the skills of your players (e. g. tackling - shooting), you also can define fitness or stamina training. On the other hand you can decide to train your team in tactical abilities like "defensive wall" - "wing attack".
Results: In the window "results" you have an overview about every result (training) you ever made. In studying those results, you can learn more about your "perfect training".
You can group your results in two ways: You can list it considering the results each player made or you can list it seeing the abilities. In the detailed view you can click on "players" as well as on "abilities" to get a more detailed impression of your results.
The results are divided into "reductions"/"improvements" and into "skill downs"/"skill ups". The reductions and improvements are depicted by green and red bars. Your players will reach a skill up, when they have received enough "improvements" to exceed the next whole number - for instance when he jumps from 2,8 to 3,1. The same principle - just the other way round ("reductions") - will lead to a skill down. Notify: In your players profile you will see only whole numbers.
