because we now have a fourth country, it is time to be able to search for international youth players. For this reason, in the second half of this season, a new feature will be available: the Scout.

The Scout can be sent away once per season to look for new youth players. He visits all the countries we have in the game.
When he comes back the next match day, he presents you with a list of the players he has discovered. From this list you can hire one player for your youth squad.

When you send the scout you can set the following search criteria:
- Age: from 14 to 17; the Scout only finds players of the specified age.
- Talent, Fitness, Stamina (individually adjustable): 0-3, 4-6, 7-8 or 9-10; the Scout finds players who match these criteria exactly. So if you have specify a talent of 9-10, all found players will have a talent of exactly 9 or 10.

The higher the setting, the more expensive the search. At the lowest setting, the travel costs € 14,000, with the highest settings € 210,000.

The Scout always finds at least 10 different players, from which you can choose only one player to hire. Because there generally are more "bad" players than very good young talents, the lower the setting, the more players the scout finds, but never more than 40 players.

The found players will have different skill and tactical orientations, and can also have positive special abilities. Goalkeepers can also be found.

The Scout travels to all countries but your own. So if you're playing in Switzerland, he searches in Austria, Germany and England.
