Well, the point is: You have to pay them absolutely impossible salaries, and they do not increase their skills and tactics in training any more...
Sooner or later, a team with only oldies will be caught and overtaken by all the others, it is just a question of time!
But until then, they can enjoy watching their team beating the hell out of anybody else!
