International Football Leagues

dear users,

we are playing an online football manager - some may call it soccer manager, whatever.

the thought comes to my mind - and i think, i am not wrong - that many of you are interested in football/soccer generally. i hope, that soon, many people of different countries will discuss about international football and international leagues.

this game originally comes from austria, but already, there exists a (smaller, but very active) german branch and some people from switzerland. hopefully, many people from other countries will discover this great game. you don't have to be native speakers (be sure, i am not a native speaker, as you can easily discover, when you read my writing), but: this is the chance to talk with other people from diefferent nations about football. about quality. about traditions. about those things, that make the football world spin.

so, how can you represtent your country? what do you think about football in your nation? how do you classify the quality of football in other countries?

let*s get ready to rumble - and let's find friends!

by the way - what do i think about international football?

first of all, there are so many leagues and teams better then the austrian leagues and teams. there exists quite a number of fans in austria, who are interested in teams and games espaecially from spain, england, italia and germany.

i know, those leagues - and especially the "champions league" produce real nice, smooth, close-to-perfect football. my opinion: this is nice to watch, more: it is impressing.

but football, for me, means mainly to be fan of the team that i grew up with. in my case, this team is called "STURM GRAZ".

some - the slightely older ones of you - might remermber this team "sturm graz" (storm graz) from the late 90ies and very earliy 2000s. at that time, the were a frequent "guest" in the champios league, once even reaching the final 16. other teams from austria, who made their way till the finals of other cups are: rapid wien (rapid vienna); austria wien (austria vienna); austria salzburg (austria vienna) (recently bought by red bull, now know as red bull salzburg - thats a long story).

what are your favorite teams?

Hello friends,
as you can easily see I'm from Germany. Also, my English is not perfect, but it can only get better. I'm looking forward to hopefully many new managers from many different countries. Through you and us, this line managers outperform all others. Have fun ..
In my town plays Hertha BSC Berlin. This club will not initially participate in international affairs. So I press my thumb to the team from Dortmund.
