I would target 16y old players, as there are enough on the market. But some 17 or 18y old are OK too.

It depends - you will have to make the best out of the money you can afford ..... you don´t want to win your league now - what you want is players that give you a chance to get some ties and maybe even some wins - giving you points-money from your sponsoring contracts. So try to find players that do have some skills but do not cost a fortune

Ich denk man darf nicht vergessen dass der Kollege erst angefangen hat zu spielen - und mit lauter Junghüpfern wird er momentan nicht sehr weit kommen. Aus meiner Sicht heißt es sich jetzt einmal nach der Decke strecken und ein bissl Geld verdienen - nehemen was kommt / was da ist / was halbwegs Sinn macht bis er dann in der Lage ist anfangen können zu wählen.

Ich glaube, dass man mit den 20k Startgeld auch nicht nur 16 jährige bekommt ;-)

Prices for not perfect 16 - 20y old players are, in my opinion, completely the same around 0-100 EUR. So I would target 16y old and if there are some ambitious to have short-term success too than buy some older (30+) supplement players to push the taktics.

If you think that you can get 20y old players with some experience and some skills for 20k you are wrong I'd guess ;-). So if you have to buy crappy players, just buy them as young as possible :-P

But fortunatelly I have enough money, always, so I cannot be sure everthing is accurate I'm telling here
